Joe Maschhoff is a proud Golden Gopher and restarted the UMN Navigators ministry when he was a student. As a part of the very first EDGE Corps class, he served at Long Beach State in California. Joe left staff for two years to work in business, but returned in 1999 and served on many campuses in the Sunland Region. From 2009-2014 Joe was the Nav20s Director and has since transitioned to his current role, the Caribbean Director. He married the daughter of Bill Teten (our Upper Midwest Regional Director) in 2006. Joe and his wife Joy live in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic with their three kids: Noelle, Sophia, and Augie.

Norman Hubbard has served on staff with The Navigators Collegiate ministry for 20 years at Auburn University (AL), The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and The University of Illinois. Currently he lives in Neenah, WI and is pioneering ministries at UW-Fox and UW-Oshkosh. Norm oversees staff in Wisconsin and travels around the country speaking at student conferences. He and his late wife, Katie, have four kids: Tom, Kayla, Rachel, and Joseph.
